ESPO - Lot 4b Social Care (Adults)
60sticks have recently been appointed a position on the ESPO Framework for Consultancy Services (664-17). The Framework agreement was awarded on a Lot by Lot basis to which were appointed to Lot 4b Adult Social Care. In the case study below we have outlined some of those key areas covered for example Clinical Evaluation, Health & Social Care Integration, and Service User Pathways.
ESPO customers will not be restricted to seeking advice on specific services listed under each Lot (providing that the advice they are seeking is relevant to the broad heading of the Lot). For Lot 4b Social Care (Adults) we can offer the following advice

City Health Care Partnership CIC contracts 60sticks to help submit successful bid for Adult Community Services
City Health Care Partnership Community Interest Company undertook the strategic decision to bid for East Riding of Yorkshire Adult Community Services. In order to achieve this City Health Care Partnership needed to develop clinical models, service user pathways and lead on health economy integration across health and social care. The scale and complexity of the services within the tender required reviewing drafting and documentation to ensure compliance with specified objective, outcomes and deliverables.
60sticks was appointed to help City Health Care Partnership CIC achieve their ambition by supporting the design, identifying core strengths, and developing service ideas, and challenging service model design in order that they met specified objectives and were in the best position to be awarded the Adult Community Services contract (a two year contract with an option to extend for a further two years).
City Health Care Partnership CIC were successful in their bid and subsequently appointed the contract for Adult Community Services. Developing an approach, managing draft documents and models, challenging model design, and continuous communication were instrumental in achieving this success.
60sticks has since been appointed to support the implementation and service transition.
